Bürgenstock hike from Lucerne

From the Bürgenstock the view is simply fantastic! From here you can see not only the glittering Lake Lucerne, but also the Rigi, the queen of the mountains, and Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus

After a great lift ride you go on a short and easy hike and enjoy the alpine nature together with your group

**You can expect a 4-hour hiking and cultural experience on the Bürgenstock with hiking, lunch and a private guide!

Meeting point: Lucerne train station.

Your guide will pick you up at the train station in Lucerne. Together you will take the train out into the countryside for 30 minutes

You will visit: the Bürgenstock.

Arriving at the highest point of Lucerne, a wonderful view over Lake Lucerne, Rigi and Pilatus awaits you. You take the Hammetschwand elevator - the highest and fastest outdoor elevator in Europe - up to the mountain top restaurant of the Bürgenstock at 1128 meters above sea level.

You hike: along the hiking trail.

The easy, approx. 2-hour hike leads along an educational trail. You will be enchanted by the Swiss nature and the mountain idyll!

You will eat: an outdoor lunch.

On the summit terrace you will be served a delicious lunch with a 360° panorama in the background.

You visit: the fortified tower.

After lunch, you head back down to the shore of Lake Lucerne, where you can visit a fortified tower from the 14th century.

You go: by boat across the lake.

Here a ship awaits you to take you back to Lucerne across the beautiful Lake Lucerne. Enjoy the view of the dreamy shores of the lake during the one-hour trip.
