The QR code didn’t work on the phone. Luckily, there was staff to get us through.
Mobile tickets were disabled, so I still had to queue at the counter! Otherwise, everything was fine.
Scanning in Mürren didn't work. Missed a train. An employee from the ticket counter had to come out, check the code on their phone, and open the door. This also happened after the return trip.
