Immerse yourself in the formation of the Alps, the structure of the mountains and enjoy views of the fantastic nature in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sardona. Let yourself be guided by a GeoGuide to over 2000 m above sea level and embark on a journey to the hour of origin of the mountains
The tour starts at 10:00 am at the Panorama Restaurant Maschgenkamm. From here the tour starts with your GeoGuide. You can expect a tour at over 2000 m above sea level from the Maschgenkamm around the Ziger. Here you can look forward to gigantic views of the mountain world and the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona
Your GeoGuide will give you insights into the origins of the Alps. You will get a lot of information about the history of the earth and you will be very close to it. Your guide will show you special fossils and weathering phenomena. In addition, depending on the season, you can also learn a lot about alpine flowers and how they are influenced by the rock.
The tour ends at 12:30 pm at the starting point
