罗纳河激流泛舟

Hello. I sent this E-Mail while returning in te van. We did no do the trip! We just arrived at the rafting site. The tour guide said that the trip was going to be 20 min long. I showed him the booking with 3:00 hours total time and 1:30 hours river time. He said he did not book that and that he is not “ Suiss Acivities” he was very rude and climbed back to te van and said he did not book it and that if I did not liked it, that we could go back! I did not like his rude attitude so I accepted we go back. We are now in the van returning to the meeting site. I would like a reimbursement for my tickets please, and complain about this person. Thank you
