At the meeting point, you equip yourself with the necessary gear for the via ferrata and hike for about 30 minutes under the guidance of a mountain guide to the start. The via ferrata offers you a varied and challenging experience with steep walls, roaring waterfalls, and airy Nepalese bridges.

Particularly exciting is the Tyrolienne, where you glide over the water. Step by step, you ascend higher until you reach the Allmenalp, where an impressive panorama awaits you.

From here, you can enjoy views of prominent peaks such as the Fründenhorn and the Blüemlisalp. After this adventure, you can relax as you take the cable car back down to the valley.

Practical Information:

• Parking is available at the valley station
• You can reach the valley station on foot from Kandersteg train station in 15 minutes

Difficulty K4:

• Very steep rocky terrain, at times very exposed.
• Mainly secured only by a steel cable, with hardly any footholds or handholds.
• Good arm strength, endurance, and experience required.
