You travel from Zurich Airport to the Bernese Oberland and through the Lötschberg Base Tunnel on to Valais. After Visp, you have the Augstbordhorn (2971 m above sea level) and the Weisshorn group (4506 m above sea level) on your right in Valais. To the left is the Mischabel group with the Dürrenhorn (4035 m above sea level).

• SBB trains increasingly have low-floor entrances (marked NF in the timetable).
• The SBB Callcenter Handicap organizes assistance when changing trains where platforms have not yet been raised and floors have not yet been adjusted. It will help you to prepare for barrier-free travel or if you need assistance en route. Please register at least 24 hours before your journey.

• Small dogs up to 30 cm are free of charge if they remain in a transport container for the entire journey. This must be pushed under your seat.
• Dogs without a container and all dogs over 30 cm shoulder height require a valid dog ticket: half the price of 2nd class or the minimum fare (Dog Day Pass, Dog Pass). They must sit under the seat so that the passageway is not blocked for other passengers.
