Gain your first experience in trail running or improve your technique with a professional guide on the most beautiful trails in Zermatt. After the welcome at the meeting point and a short introduction, the lesson starts. During 3 hours you will be accompanied by the expert and guided through the trail running lesson outside in the fresh air. The course ends back in Zermatt at the starting point.
