From Zurich: Day trip snow fun Titlis and Lucerne

In the morning you will board a comfortable coach in Zurich and the first stop will be Lucerne. On the way you can already enjoy the wonderful landscape of Switzerland on the shores of Lake Lucerne to the fullest.

After a short photo stop at Lake Lucerne, an orientation tour will show you the most important sights. You will learn where to find the world famous Chapel Bridge with its water tower, the Gothic Jesuit Church or the Culture and Convention Center (KKL). The bus trip continues to Engelberg in the canton of Obwalden.

To tackle the climb to Titlis, you'll board the 8-seater gondola of the Titlis Xpress. When you arrive at the Trübsee middle station, a member of the Titlis snow park staff is already waiting for you. On the beginner's slope you can try your first skiing experience. Alternatively, you can ski down the snow mountain in one of the specially designed rubber tires, the so-called snow tubes.

After the snow fun, you continue by train to the final station of the Titlis Xpress. Here the unique Rotair cable car awaits you, which rotates 360 degrees around itself to the summit. In the distance you can see steep rock faces, huge crevasses and the many mountain peaks of the surrounding alpine massif from the Titlis.

Later in the afternoon, the descent takes you back to Engelberg. From there, the coach will take you back to Zurich.

• Suitable for: People without snow or skiing experience

Arrived on the Titlis, you can go to the panorama restaurant and enjoy the sun terrace. You will not forget the impressive view so quickly.

• Take along: Warm winter jacket, sturdy shoes, gloves, snow pants or spare pants are recommended
• Minimum age: 10 years
