Experience a great ski tour on the Fluehorn above Zermatt with views of four-thousand-meter peaks such as the Matterhorn, the Monte Rosa massif, the Dent Blanche and the Weisshorn. Thanks to the cable car support you can be there without much practice
In front of the Sunnegga valley station you will meet your experienced mountain guide and your group at 08:30. Together you will take the cable car to the Rothorn, where the tour will start. Before you join the ski tour, it is important that you have the appropriate equipment. You can either bring your own or rent it on site in Zermatt.
Your mountain guide will accompany you and the group from the Fluhalp up the mountain to the Fluehorn. You will be constantly accompanied by a magnificent view until you finish the descent in Täsch. From Täsch you take the train back to Zermatt.
Practical information:
Did you know that the Matterhorn with its 4478 meters height is not the highest mountain in Switzerland at all, but the Dufourspitze? However, the Matterhorn is guaranteed to be the most photographed mountain.
