Your snowboard instructor builds on your skills. Depending on your level, he practices different abilities and techniques with you. Beginners learn to maintain balance. After that, your instructor works with you on gliding to collect your first successes on flat terrain. Once the basics are in place, the first turns follow, and the safe control of speed on easy blue slopes. With growing experience, the technique becomes more precise, allowing you to master and ride red slopes cleanly.

This course is aimed at snowboarders of all levels:

Level 1: Complete Beginner: No prior knowledge required – everyone starts somewhere. With patience and the right guidance, you will learn the basics of snowboarding.

Level 2: Advanced Beginner (1): You have mastered the magic carpet and the drag lift, and you can somewhat control your speed and direction on practice slopes.

Level 3: Advanced Beginner (2): Familiar with all lifts on practice and easy slopes, you can confidently carve turns and adjust your speed in any situation.

Level 4: Intermediate: Blue slopes are no problem for you. You turn smoothly and are confident on your heel and toe edges as a snowboarder.

Level 5: Advanced Intermediate: You feel comfortable on red slopes in good conditions. Challenges like ice, moguls, or deep snow are an exciting next step for you.

Level 6: Advanced: You master red slopes confidently, regardless of the conditions, and tackle most black runs. You want to further develop your technique in carving, off-piste, or on mogul runs.

Level 7: Expert: You navigate black slopes and challenging routes with ease. You work on your speed and technique in carving, moguls, or deep snow and refine jumps and tricks in the freestyle park.

You can arrange the meeting point with the provider individually after booking. Here are some suggestions for possible meeting points:

All Levels:

• Kleine Scheidegg: Train station, at the end of the platform between the map board and the seating area of the stadium. From Grindelwald, you can take the train up.
• Wengen Station: On the platform, in front of the kiosk shop
• Wengen SkiSet: In front of the SkiSet shop on the main street
• Männlichen: Mountain station of the cable car, at the exit of the cable car from Wengen, in front of the map board.
