The lessons are aimed at individuals of all skiing levels. Private lessons allow for personalized attention.

Adults – Slightly Advanced:

• Safe braking and controlling speed on easy slopes
• Parallel skiing with light directional changes
• First turns on blue slopes at a controlled pace
• Introduction to safe lifting with drag lifts
• Exercises to improve balance and posture on skis

Adults – Advanced:

• Parallel carving on blue and red slopes
• Short turns with precise edge control
• Skiing on steeper slopes with more confidence
• Basics for simple jumps and movement sequences
• Introduction to riding in the fun park

Blue Prince/Princess:

• Information about ski equipment
• Ascending with stair and parallel steps
• Gliding and braking in a snowplow
• Skiing in a parallel position with transitions and tricks
• Snowplow turns

Blue King/Queen:

• Information about the safe use of transport facilities
• Skew skiing and tricks
• Side slipping
• Parallel skiing on simple waves and jumps
• Snowplow swings on an easy blue slope

Blue Star:

• Information about behavior on slopes (FIS rules)
• Swinging in a mini pole forest and obstacle course
• Riding on bumps and mounds
• Switch skiing in a V-position with direction change
• Snowplow swings on a diverse blue slope

Red Prince/Princess:

• Information about warming up
• Braking parallel
• Skiing in arcs on an easy slope
• Waltz
• Parallel swinging (sliding)

Red King/Queen:

• Information about behavior in the snow park
• Short swings on an easy slope
• Skate step on flat terrain
• Basic air (small kicker)
• Parallel swinging with different radii

Red Star:

• Information about nature, forest, and landscape
• Parallel swinging in pole corridors and obstacle courses
• Parallel swing "switch" sliding
• One-legged swinging on an easy slope
• Short swinging on a medium difficulty slope

Swiss Snow Academy:

• Development of an individual skiing style on different types of terrain
• Improvement of technique in carving, freestyle, or freeriding
• Safe skiing in the snow park with tricks like grabs, spins, or boxes
• Advanced jumping techniques over medium and large kickers
• Introduction to avalanche knowledge and safety measures in the backcountry
