Adults – Beginners
- In this level, adults learn the basics of skiing, ideal for complete beginners.
- The course teaches how to stand securely on skis, glide, and make initial attempts to brake.
- The goal is to alleviate participants' fear of skiing through simple exercises and provide initial experiences of success.
- With individual tips and a relaxed atmosphere, learning is made easier and the joy of skiing is awakened.
Adults – Snowplow Turns
- This level is aimed at slightly advanced skiers who already master basic snowplow techniques.
- The focus is on deepening the snowplow movements and learning snowplow turns to improve directional control.
- Participants gain confidence to ski smoothly and confidently on gentle slopes.
- Instruction is conducted in small groups, allowing for targeted support while also fostering exchange and motivation.
