Truffle chocolates workshop Maison Cailler

Choose a type of chocolate and melt it for the ganache in the still-warm cream. Under guidance, you refine the filling of your chocolates. This is done with liqueur or spices.

Then shape the truffles and coat them in chocolate. Finally, roll them in cocoa powder or powdered sugar. You go home with a diploma including recipes, the finished truffle pralines and a Cailler apron.

You can combine a stay in Broc with a visit to the Electrobroc power station with friends or family. You can visit it while it is in operation. The information center is located in the middle of a working hydroelectric power plant.
