"Heart to heart" workshop Maison Cailler

You pour fine Maison chocolate twice into a heart mold. Later, you decorate the hearts and create your own works of art. The chocolatier will teach you the secret of chocolate crystallization. In addition to the two hearts, you will also take the Cailler apron home with you.

From Broc, you can reach the Tibet Museum about 7 km south of Maison Cailler. You will find it in the middle of the medieval town of Gruyères. You can get there in less than half an hour by public transport. The collection of Buddhist sacred art is one of the largest in the world.
