"A French teatime" workshop Maison Cailler

You will learn how to make your own small chocolate cookies under supervision. These include crème brûlée, chocolate confectionery and chocolate cake.

At the end of the workshop, you will taste some gourmet treats at Café Cailler with a coffee, tea or hot chocolate. You will go home with a diploma including recipes, the finished pastries and a Cailler apron.

You can combine a stay in Broc with a visit to the Electrobroc power station with friends or family. You can visit it while it is in operation. The information center is located in the middle of a working hydroelectric power plant.
