Fémina Chocolates Workshop Maison Cailler

You create your own Fémina Bûchette chocolates. First, you make three different gianduja fillings yourself and refine them as you wish.

The chocolatier will introduce you to the art of tempering. At the end, you will take home around 30 personalized chocolates. You will also receive a diploma, the recipes and a Cailler apron.

From Broc, you can reach the Tibet Museum about 7 km south of Maison Cailler. You will find it in the middle of the medieval town of Gruyères. You can get there in less than half an hour by public transport. The collection of Buddhist sacred art is one of the largest in the world.
