Description
Enjoy a scenic ride on the cable car to the Männlichen. At the Männlichen, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the famous trio of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
The ride on the cable car from Grindelwald takes about 20 minutes.
Ricola Karaoke Gondola
The Ricola Karaoke Gondolas, which go from Grindelwald Terminal to the Männlichen, are unique in the world. During the approximately 20-minute ride to the summit, you can sing along to the greatest music hits of all time in the karaoke gondola. And the best part: there’s a camera in the gondola that captures a great photo of you in action. You can then share this with your friends.
As the name suggests, you can also enjoy Ricola candies here, which you’re welcome to help yourself to. The ride on the Ricola Karaoke Gondola is included in the regular ticket price, so you don’t need to pay anything extra. Just use the left turnstile in Grindelwald to take one of the two Ricola gondolas.
Swiss Activities Tip
At Männlichen, six different themed trails with information panels await you. These include the Royal Walk, the Lieselotteweg, and the Öpfelchüechliweg. The Royal Walk takes you directly from the mountain station to the summit of Männlichen. The Lieselotteweg goes from Männlichen to Holenstein, designed as an experiential trail that’s perfect for the whole family. And on the Öpfelchüechliweg, you'll find information about apples.
