Description
With the ticket, you can take the boat on the Upper Lake Zurich (Obersee) between Rapperswil and Schmerikon. The actual sailing time is about 3:00 hours. On board, you have the option to buy food and drinks.
The boat only runs once a day, so you shouldn't get off along the way if you want to complete the whole round trip with the boat.
Since this ticket is valid for 24 hours, you can also use it for other trips with public transport in the ZVV zones 180, 181, 182, 183. This also includes buses and trains.
Practical information:
- Suitable for: wheelchair users, strollers, dogs (over 30 cm with a 2nd class ticket for dogs)
- Taking bikes is not guaranteed (bike ticket required)

All the passenger ships on Lake Zurich are wheelchair accessible.
- Travel in a wheelchair in 2nd class (MS Panta Rhei also 1st class possible)
- Wheelchair must be a maximum of 80 cm wide
- MS Bachtel does not have wheelchair accessible restrooms
- The staff will assist you at all landing stages when needed
Important Information
- This boat operates only once a day at 11:00 from Rapperswil (getting off along the way is not recommended, as further travel by boat is not possible)
