"Wild roses of blossoms and fragrances" guided excursion in the Jurapark Aargau

The Jurapark is home to a rich flora and fauna. These thrive in the best conditions. The flora includes, among other things, a large selection of wild roses. Especially the sunny Jura south foot slopes of Biberstein are rich in species.

There you will also find some wild rose rarities, which require special conditions. On this excursion you will get to know the different species in their natural environment.

At the meeting point you will meet your leader and the rest of the group. Together you will go to the Jurassic Park. The focus is on wild roses. Your excursion leader will give you lots of exciting information about the species while you discover the wild roses with all your senses.

With the magnifying glass you can easily recognize the differences between the species. At the end of the excursion you will taste culinary delicacies made of wild roses and rose hips.

• There are no parking spaces available. Therefore, it is requested to arrive by public transport.
