Hiking Klingenstock 10 Lakes Tour guided from Lucerne

In Lucerne you will meet your guide, with whom you will go directly by train to the funicular Stoos. You take the steepest funicular in the world and reach the famous vacation village Stoos. It is located at 1300 meters above sea level and is one of nine car-free villages in Switzerland. A short, easy hike through the village brings you to the chairlift towards Klingenstock. Enjoy the view on the 20-minute ride to the top.

The actual hike can now begin. With a 360° view over the Alps, the hiking trail winds along the ridge. The modern developed path over and through the rocks is a wonderful hiking experience. Along the way there are many places to stop for a short break. Here you can enjoy your own lunch with a breathtaking view of the Alps.

A short, steep ascent leads you to the Fronalpstock, where the highest restaurant in the canton of Schwyz is located. Here you can stop and reflect on your impressions while enjoying the view over Lake Lucerne. From here you start your way back together with your guide and let yourself be enchanted by the mountain air and nature once again. The tour finally ends back in Lucerne.
