The Muottas Muragl hike along the Höhenweg (also known as Panorama Way) is one of the most popular hikes in the Engadine. It runs relatively flat and is therefore suitable for almost everyone.
You'll ride Graubünden's first funicular and enjoy spectacular views on the hike!
You can expect a leisurely, guided day hike along the Muottas Muragl high trail with breaks in various restaurants in the Engadine!

You meet your guide and start your journey with the 2.2 km long funicular from Punt Muragl to Muottas Muragl at 2456 m.a.s.l..
You enjoy: the wonderful view.
Once at the top, a popular motif for postcards awaits you: the view from the mountain restaurant of the Engadine lake landscape and the icy Bernina mountain peaks is simply indescribable!
You start: your hike.
From Muottas Muragl you make your way into Val Muragl with a view of the rock glacier and then into the Pontresina valley. After about 1.5 hours you will arrive at the Unterer Schafberg for a short break at the mountain café. This small café is famous for its rhubarb pie.
You eat: on the Alp Languard.
The next stage brings you to Alp Languard, where you have a magnificent view of the 4000m high Piz Bernina and Piz Palu. Afterwards you can enjoy a picnic on the alp.
You hike: either back to St. Moritz or to Punt Muragl.
After lunch there are two possibilities:
