On the Seebodenalp, you have the opportunity to learn more about the Ice Age and its effects. The hiking trail "Glacier Trace" takes you past significant points and provides additional information. The prominent lateral moraine of the Reuss Glacier can be seen here at Seebodenalp, and the so-called Albert Heim Stone is also an important witness of the time. This erratic boulder marks the starting point of the circular path tracing the footprints of the Ice Age.
