Fondue Deluxe in the Igloo Village in Gstaad

The Igloo Village Gstaad is located at 1900 m above sea level and offers a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the Bernese Oberland. You walk from the mountain station of the Saanerslochgrat cable car for about 5 minutes to the Igloo Village.

A table is reserved for you in the igloo. A cheese fondue made with regional mountain cheese will be served at the table. An igloo tour is also included. Inside the igloo, temperatures are consistently around freezing.

By Train

• To the Saanenmöser Station
• About a 5 min walk to the valley station of the Saanenmöser-Saanerslochgrat gondola

By Car

• Follow the signs to the train station at the entrance of Saanenmöser
• Drive past the station on Bahnhofstrasse, until you can turn left beneath the train tracks and reach the parking lot.

By Mountain Railway (Saanenmöser-Saanerslochgrat)

• Ride to the mountain station Saanerslochgrat (stay seated at the intermediate station)
• You can buy tickets at the valley station. The normal ticket prices apply.

The Saanerslochgrat railway takes about 30 min to reach.

• Equipment: Winter-appropriate, warm clothing and winter shoes, good gloves, sunglasses & sunscreen
• The Igloo Village has constant temperatures around freezing.
• Time and place for the meeting point are mandatory (immediately inform the provider in case of delays)
