The experience starts at 4:00 pm in Scuol. You will get an insight into the centuries-old alpine dried meat craft of the "Bacharia Engiadinaisa". Look forward to a tasting of Bündner and deer dried meat and salsiz with a glass of wine.
You can also visit the rock cellar and get exciting information about the meat maturation in the cellar
