E-bike Culinary Tour at Lake Walen self-guided

Enjoy the wonderful nature around Lake Walen and cycle by e-bike through the idyllic villages and along the lakeside path. Stop off at three great restaurants and enjoy a starter, main course and dessert.

The experience starts directly when you pick up your e-bike at the Intersport Network in Unterterzen. The recommended start time is 10:00 am. You then cycle towards Mühlehorn through idyllic villages and enjoy a fantastic view along the way.

Stop off at the Seerestaurant zur Brauerei in Mühlehorn for an appetiser. The route then continues to Weesen. A delicious main course with a view of Lake Walen awaits you at the Flyhof restaurant. Afterwards, take the boat across the fjord-like Lake Walen to Unterterzen. Here you return your e-bike and then head to the Marina Walensee restaurant, where you round off your excursion with a dessert.

• Roasted corn-fed poulard breast with chips, colourful vegetables and strong jus

• Fried spaetzle, red cabbage, chestnuts, Brussels sprouts and cranberry apple with cream sauce
• Fried trout fillets served with buttered rice and market vegetables
• Pork cordon bleu served with chips and market vegetables

Dessert at Marina Walensee, Unterterzen

• 2 scoops of ice cream of your choice with cream
• coffee affogato

Would you like to spend some more time at the beautiful Walensee? Then we recommend you to visit the small Mediterranean village Quinten. The village is a car-free wine village directly on the lake. You can expect a picture-book setting and restful tranquility. You can walk to Quinten or take the boat. In the village there are great restaurants for a nice and relaxed lunch or dinner.
