There you will enjoy a chicken smoked in peanut butter and chat with your hostess and her family. The whole evening lasts three hours and ends at 22:00

• Malawian staple nsima (white maize flour)
• vegetable ingredient: watery vegetable portion of okra mixed with chopped spinach

The mixture of nsima and the vegetables is called "therere" in Malawi

Your host Bhatupe and her family are from Malawi in Africa. The recipe was passed down to her from her mother. Bhatupe enjoys reading and meeting people from different cultures. She invites you to her table and invites you to travel together.
