Your experienced cross-country coach will introduce you to the world of cross-country skiing. And because practice makes perfect, you'll hit the slopes right away. Together you will be out in the fresh air for 80 minutes. Enjoy the Davos mountain panorama and the great whole-body workout while cross-country skiing. Pure winter magic
After so much physical activity in the fresh air, you're bound to be hungry. Enjoy a few hours of free time and a well-deserved warm lunch.
Meeting point Yin Yoga: Flury Sports in Davos village.
At 5:00 p.m. you will have a soothing Yin Yoga session. You will meet your instructor in Davos village as you did in the morning.
Activity: Yin Yoga.
With this slow, relaxing yoga style, both your body and your mind will find peace. With Yin Yoga you reach into the deep muscles and fascia tissue of your body. During 75 minutes you will recover perfectly from the intensive cross-country skiing in the morning. There's hardly a better way to end a day in the Swiss mountains..
Practical information:
- Several breathable, lightweight layers of clothing recommended for cross-country skiing (not ski pants and down jacket)
- During Yin Yoga your body cools down relatively quickly, so bring comfortable, warm clothes (and better two pairs of socks than just one)
