Description
You meet your private instructor for a 2-hour cross-country skiing course in Täsch. The trail is only 12 minutes away from the meeting point and is located on flat terrain that is perfect for cross-country skiing. Your instructor will tailor the course to your previous knowledge.
If you would like to hire equipment, you can let the instructor know your body and boot size in advance so that they can provide the equipment. The rental costs are not included in the course.
You decide for yourself whether you want to train in classic or skating style:
- Classic cross-country skiing is the traditional Nordic discipline of cross-country skiing. The diagonal running technique is reminiscent of hiking on skis. Classic cross-country skiing is the easiest to learn for beginners.
- Skating has its origins in Nordic skiing and is very popular due to its very sporty appeal. You make a V-shaped movement with your legs - similar to inline skating.
