Celerina/Schlarigna is a village in the Upper Engadine and lies at 1714 m above sea level. St. Moritz is the neighboring village to the southwest. The valley near Celerina enjoys more hours of sunshine than the surrounding villages, as it is open towards three points of the compass. Among the sights in Celerina/Schlarigna are the churches San Gian and Bel Taimpel and the houses Chesa Frizzioni and Chesa Lorsa.
