Bungee Jumping Stockhorn

This bungee jump is one of the impressive kinds. In the Bernese Oberland above the Hinterstockensee by the Stockhorn, you'll jump from the gondola a whole 134 meters into the depths.

Even the drive into the Simmental is an experience in itself. In the gondola, your pulse rises until you're secured at the edge of the gondola. Take a deep breath, and the free fall into the blue Hinterstockensee is just around the corner.

An incredible, approximately 4-hour bungee jump experience from the gondola at the Stockhorn awaits you!

You meet the organizer in Matten near Interlaken. Together with other adrenaline-hungry participants, you drive through the Simmental to the Stockhorn cable car. Before you board the gondola, an instructor will inform you about the procedure. He'll show you various jumping techniques and equip you.

Once you arrive at the mid-station, it's time to get ready. You prepare yourself and jump out of the gondola. Enjoy the adrenaline that flows through your whole body during the 134 m free fall. After completing the jump, you'll be taken back to Interlaken.

Practical information:

• Wear warm clothes and sturdy shoes
• Good health is a requirement: no shoulder, neck, or back problems
• Not recommended for pregnant women and people with heart issues
• Videos and photos of the jump are available
• It is possible for spectators to watch the jump from the mid-station (only jumpers are allowed in the small gondola above the lake). However, the ticket for the cable car must be booked separately.

• Weight: 45 - 115 kg
• Dress: sturdy shoes (no flip flops!) and warm clothing
