In the background, you can hear the water splashing in the cave system. Along the way, you will also see information boards with explanations in German and English.

Swiss Activities Tip
The "Stein & Sein" restaurant is located at the entrance to the Beatus Caves. You can eat and drink something here after the tour.
Important Information
- The cave can be closed during heavy rainfall
- Recommended: Appropriate clothing (8 to 10°C in the caves with 95% humidity) and good footwear
- Group size: 20 - 45 people (if fewer than 20 people take part, the tour will be canceled)

Das sehr gut bezieht sich aber auf die Beatushöhlen selbst und auf den Umgang des gesamten Teams mit "Reklamation". Ich hatte die Tour "Sagen und Legenden" online gebucht und bezahlt,was für Einzelpersonen eigentlich gar nicht möglich sein sollte. Man hat mir die Differenz aber ohne zu zögern, zurückerstattet,bzw.auf meinen Wunsch hin als Gutschrift für das Restaurant gegeben. Danke an Selin und Kolleginnen,die das Missverständnis so unkompliziert gelöst haben. Ich hatte mich auf die Führung gefreut,aber die Höhlen waren auch so ein Erlebnis 😊
